E3 Strategy Development offers business owners and executives a consistent, first-class resource for business coaching, leadership, and management development on both a local and national scale. Our mission is to help clients develop the strategy, motivation, and accountability required to succeed in their business and personal lives by identifying and overcoming the obstacles that are preventing the success they are seeking.

Dan is an executive coach who works with individuals and organizational leaders to identify and overcome the obstacles that are preventing them from getting the results they want or need. He has been a corporate executive, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur having served in a variety of positions throughout his business career such as Founding Partner, Division Manager and President at both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Leaders want a resource who has lived in their world and “been there, done that”. Dan has led companies, managed P&L’s, been on both the buy and sell-side of mergers and acquisitions, executed reductions in staff, and experienced the thrill of closing deals. After 30 plus years in senior roles in the business world, Dan can readily identify with the challenges and opportunities that leaders face.
Dan is passionate about helping businesses become successful and about helping individuals succeed by empowering business owners and leaders to realize their full potential, to maximize profits, enhance employee satisfaction and deepen their relationships with customers and community.
Dan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Economics and a Cognate in Business Financial Management. He is also a Charter Member of the C-SUITE Advisors™, an elite group of select thought leaders, coaches, trainers, authors, speakers & content creators who serve C-Suite executives.
How we work
Determining the real problem is critical. Often, clients are focused on symptoms and seek short term relief. Not that they seek only short term fixes; rather it is indicative of how they view the problem. Our approach is to uncover the root cause of the problem, the outcomes they are truly seeking and, the obstacles that are preventing them from getting there.
We define a successful organization as one where all parts are working together and in alignment with one another. These organizations are innovative, customer responsive and prevent the “fires” that are a drag on productivity, morale and customer service.
However, we recognize that success is only something we can facilitate and it requires the full commitment of the individual or individuals to remain committed, to persevere and to do be willing to do the hard work necessary to achieve greater results. Therefore, we will never choose to engage with a company or individual whose commitment to their own success does not meet or exceed our commitment to their success.
