A 360-Degree Review is a process through which feedback from an individual’s subordinates, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation by the individual themselves is gathered.

Most commonly, 360-Degree Review are utilized for developmental purposes to assist with developing better work skills and behaviors. The objective of the assessment is to provide an individual the opportunity to understand how their work is viewed in the total organization.

When properly administered and professionally de-briefed, this tool can provide valuable insight into an individual’s strengths and limitations that we then can deploy in developing their unique Individual Development Plan (IDP). So as to not leave the individual to “figure it out” on their own, we use the IDP as a basis for individual coaching and development.
